The Role

We are currently seeking dedicated Person Centred Support Workers to support Participants transitioning to permanent accommodation at our Regency Green location.

You will be responsible for supporting participants to develop skills and achieve their goals as set out in their individual and NDIS plans. These may include cooking, nutrition, personal care, capacity building, domestic skills, and establishing meaningful routines.

We are seeking candidates who are resilient, reliable, able to work independently, have great communication and interpersonal skills, and are passionate about truly making a difference to CLO participants’ lives.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support Participants to achieve their desires and potential in all facets of their lives
  • Support life skill development through proper implementation of established plans and programs to support the achievement of goal outcomes for the Participant
  • Actively engage in person centred active support
  • Undertake activities in a specialised area of supports
  • Maintain accurate records for auditing Participant and household expenditure

The ideal candidate will have:

  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police Clearance (within three months)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or willing to obtain!)

About you:

  • Ability to be flexible and work in diverse and challenging situations
  • Understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation and capacity building for and with people with mental illness and psychosocial disabilities
  • Be able to work over a 24-hour, 7-day rotating roster
  • Experience in various models of support preferred
